Hello All,

This is the second time I have left a message here. I am really hoping someone can help me out. My husband Larry, was deployed from Germany in Sept. 1990 to the Gulf, he was active duty Army and returned March 91. He has been apart of the study done in Washington in 95 or 96, has filed with the gulf register and gets cared for at the VA.

All of his claims for compensation have been denied under the undiagnosed illness clause since they have labled his illness. His most recent denial for headaches was denied because they are and I quote "... probaly migranous in nature" if this is not a loop hole I do not know what is. Is it me or Probably is now a definitive diagnosis. His other claims have been denied based upon the identifing them. IE: Fibromyliga, yeah, THEY HAVE A NAME FOR IT BUT WHERE DID IT COME FROM. His diagnosis of PTSD has even been denied!! Help!!! He has not been employed since 1994, is on SSD and the VA is denying all his claims.

Has anyone heard of a class action Law Suit? We can not be the only ones in this situation.
